Mise is a margin analytics service operated by For the East (ABN 49 682 557 928). We collect and use your business data only to set up and run your Mise service. Google Workspace & Google Sheets

Anthropic Claude API

Used to parse supplier invoice PDFs and photo receipts into structured data. Automation platform that routes data between Gmail, Claude API, and Google Sheets. Stripe

Handles subscription billing, payment method collection, and invoicing. Card details are processed and stored by Stripe directly — Mise never sees or stores your full card number. FormSubmit.co

Used to relay receipt photo submissions and enquiry form submissions to reports@fortheeast.com. File attachments and form field values pass through FormSubmit's servers in transit before being delivered as email. FormSubmit does not store submissions beyond delivery.영수증 사진 제출 및 문의 양식을 reports@fortheeast.com으로 전달하는 데 사용됩니다. 첨부 파일과 양식 데이터는 이메일로 전달되는 과정에서 FormSubmit 서버를 통해 전송됩니다.

Netlify

Hosts the Mise landing page, customer portal, and privacy policy at mise.fortheeast.com. Netlify processes standard web traffic logs including IP addresses and page access times. No Mise customer business data is stored by Netlify.Mise 랜딩 페이지, 고객 포털, 개인정보 처리방침을 mise.fortheeast.com에서 호스팅합니다. Netlify는 IP 주소 및 페이지 접속 시간 등 표준 웹 트래픽 로그를 처리합니다. Mise 고객의 비즈니스 데이터는 Netlify에 저장되지 않습니다.

Calendly

Used for booking the 30-minute setup call during onboarding. Calendly collects your name, email address, and phone number to confirm the appointment. This data is used only to schedule and confirm your call — it is not shared with third parties.온보딩 중 30분 설정 통화 예약에 사용됩니다. Calendly는 예약 확인을 위해 이름, 이메일 주소, 전화번호를 수집합니다. 이 정보는 통화 예약 및 확인 목적으로만 사용되며 제3자와 공유되지 않습니다.

Industry benchmarking (Platinum tier only)업계 벤치마킹 (Platinum 플랜 전용)

If you upgrade to the Platinum tier, we may use anonymised and aggregated cost data across our customer pool to generate industry comparisons. This requires your separate, explicit consent at the time of upgrade — it is not included in the standard service agreement. You can withdraw this consent at any time without affecting your service.Platinum 플랜으로 업그레이드하시는 경우, 업계 비교 자료 생성을 위해 고객 풀 전체의 익명화·집계된 비용 데이터를 사용할 수 있습니다. 이는 업그레이드 시 별도의 명시적 동의가 필요하며, 기본 서비스 계약에 포함되지 않습니다. 서비스에 영향 없이 언제든지 동의를 철회할 수 있습니다.

How long we keep it데이터 보관 기간
